For the mud run and Spartan Race fans out there, you'll be interested to learn that Spartan Race creator, and author of Spartan Up!, is releasing a new book called Spartan Fit! I have yet to read the book, but if you're a fan of Spartan Races, this is likely a book you'll enjoy. Pre-order HERE.

Happy National Running Day From Me to You

    1. Honestly...no. You got me there. Is this Scott, by the way? A few blogs ago, I posted about the Tough Mudder where I was the camera person who took photos of a bunch of friends doing the race. They all looked like they were having so much fun, and I had a blast taking pictures. I just have this strong aversion to the mud part. Pretty much everything else I don't mind.

  3. Love Obstacle Racing. Nice to get in a run and work your upper body during it. Makes you feel like a kid again playing on the playground and running through the woods.
